シリコン合成皮革は、揮発性有機化合物を含まず、汚れず、臭わず、肌に安心安全なリビング用の新素材です。
乳幼児の安全を考えれば、本革製品やPVC製品を生活環境から遠ざけて置いた方が安全なようです。
本革の加工には、六価クロムなどの重金属が使われ、それらが洗浄しきれずに残っている可能性が高い。革の匂いは、化学品の匂いともいえる。乳幼児の肌から遠ざけて置きたいリビング用素材といえる。
ビニール合成皮革には、少量だとしても揮発性のあるフタル酸系化学品が含まれている。幼児用にクエン酸エステルを可塑剤として使用しても、化学部質が揮発していることは確かな事で、ｐｖｃ同士を合わせて置けば、揮発品が反応して素材表面が溶けべとべとになる事でもわかる。このべとべと原因部質が乳幼児の肌に付いたり、口に入らない方が良い事は明らかだ
シリコン合成皮革は、有機溶剤やVOCを一切使用していないため、化学部質の心配をすることなく使用できる耐汚染、耐薬品、耐火、耐摩耗、耐光性に優れた素材です
始めて入手した３年程前から現在まで継続して耐光、汚染、剥離などの試験をしてきたが、未だに劣化が認められず、欧州の公式試験データの数値を裏付けている。
試験数値が良くても実製品化した時に、PU素材のように思いがけない結果が出ることも有るので、自分で使用試験をした結果を信じるのがベストと思う
曝露試験とは別に製品を作り、勉強に来る子供達や暇を持て余すテリア君2頭に使ってもらった。
２年間もの間、子供たちの食べかすやジャンピング、テリア君の穴掘りに十分に耐える結果となった。
素材試験と同時に進めてきた新製品ソファ、座る人の体形に合わせて背座角度が変わるソファ、の開発も終わった。現在、自信を持って揮発性有機化合物を含まず乳幼児にも安心安全なリビング品、汚れを気にしないで明るい色のリビングソファ、ダイニングソファやベッドを販売できる

Even if the test values are good, when it is actually commercialized, unexpected results may be obtained, such as PU materials, so I think it is best to believe in the results of the use test yourself
