The quality warranty period begins from the date of product purchase.
To claim your warranty, you will need to provide proof of purchase and a barcoded copy of your product's instructions.

Products and parts that are not covered by this warranty are not covered by this warranty.
Scope of this warranty This warranty applies only to home use.
This quality guarantee applies to defects in the product's materials, sewing, and other processing.
Quality assurance available during the warranty period
This quality guarantee applies if we investigate any malfunction or damage that occurs in the product you purchased and determine that the cause is the product itself.
If your defective or damaged product is covered by the warranty,
At our option, we will repair or replace the product with the same or a replacement product.
Where the warranty applies, we will cover the customary costs of repair, replacement parts and labour by repair personnel.
This warranty does not apply to repairs made by other companies. Replaced parts become the property of our company.
If the product covered by the warranty is no longer in production, we will replace it with our replacement product.
Conditions for warranty This warranty does not apply if the malfunction or damage is caused by the following:
*Improper storage.
*Improper installation.
*Incorrect use.
*Usage that places excessive strain on the user.
*Misuse.
*Use other than for its intended purpose.
*Modifications.
*Cleaning using incorrect methods or inappropriate detergents.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, breakage, scratches, or damage caused by impact or accidents. This warranty does not apply if the product is stored or placed outdoors or in a damp location. This warranty does not apply to consequential or incidental damages.
1. Changes and wear on the material surface due to use are not covered.
2. Tears in the nonwoven fabric are not covered by the warranty.
3. Discoloration, wear, scratches, and tears caused by use of the cover are not covered.
4. Damage caused by sharp objects is not covered.
