使用中に表面がボロボロに剥離する家具、靴、カバン、上着、家電ケースなどが、非常に多くありました。
これはPU素材特有の問題で、空気中の水分を吸収し化学分解を起こしたものです。本来のPU素材は、日光の当たる部屋においても１０年ほどは使える素材です。しかし、素材生産を海外メーカに移した結果、PU素材に混ぜ物をいれ価格引き下げをするようになり、本来のPU素材評価を破壊してしまいました。
このSC素材は、PUではありません。
が、PU生産の失敗を考え、混ぜ物で価格引き下げをした素材でないことを確認使用しております
当社内での外部暴露試験、製品使用試験も2025年で４年になりますが、何の問題が出ておりません
