Sofas and personal chairs need to be tough enough to withstand daily use, so we set strict standards and check their quality and durability.
Quality guarantee period
The quality guarantee period is one year.
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty coverage.
Please check with us for the warranty details for your product.
Products and parts that are not covered by this warranty are not covered by this warranty.
Scope of this warranty This warranty applies only to home use.
This warranty applies to defects in the materials or workmanship of the product frame, and the seat and back cushions when used in combination with the intended frame.
Quality assurance within the warranty period
This warranty applies if we investigate any malfunction or damage that occurs in the product you purchased and determine that the cause is the product itself.
If your defective or damaged product is covered by the warranty,
At our discretion, we will repair or replace the product with the same or a replacement product.
Where the warranty applies, we will pay the normal costs of repair, replacement parts, labor or service.
This warranty does not apply to repairs made by other companies. Replaced parts become our property.
If the product covered by the warranty is no longer in production when you exchange it for a new product, we will replace it with our replacement product.
Warranty Conditions This warranty does not apply if the malfunction or damage is caused by any of the following:
*Improper storage.
* Improper assembly.
* Improper installation.
*Inappropriate use.
*Usage that places excessive strain beyond the allowable range.
*Misuse.
*Use other than the intended purpose.
*Remodeled.
*Cleaning using incorrect methods or inappropriate detergents.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, breakage, scratches, or damage caused by impact or accidents. This warranty does not apply if the product is stored or installed outdoors or in a damp environment. This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages.
1. Cushion wear is not covered.
2. Tears in the nonwoven fabric are not covered by the warranty.
3. Scratches or tears on the surface material caused by sharp objects are not covered.
4. Leather is not covered by the warranty.
5. Regarding audio equipment, once the problem has been confirmed, the equipment will be replaced. We will arrange for the problem equipment to be returned and replaced, and you will then need to replace the equipment.

6. Damage to the legs is covered by the warranty
(In the case of damage caused by home use or improper assembly and use)
7. Damage caused by dropping the controller is not covered.
8. Regarding defects that occur after the warranty period, we will discuss how to deal with them on a case-by-case basis.
