For the scope of quality assurance, please refer to the quality assurance details specified for each product.

2. Quality guarantee period

The warranty is valid for the period specified on the product from the date of purchase.

3. Quality assurance available during the warranty period

This quality guarantee applies if we investigate any malfunction or damage that occurs in the product you purchased and determine that the cause is the product itself.

If your defective or damaged product is covered by the warranty,

We will repair or replace the product with the same or a replacement product.

Where the warranty applies, we will cover the customary costs of repairs, replacement parts, labour or on-site service.

Please note that this warranty does not apply to repairs performed by other companies.

Replaced parts become the property of our company.

If the product covered by the warranty is no longer in production when you exchange it for a new product, we will exchange it for an equivalent replacement product.

4. Quality assurance conditions

The quality warranty period begins from the date of product purchase.

To receive quality assurance service, you will need the original purchase receipt and the product description with the barcode attached.

5. This quality guarantee does not apply if the malfunction or damage is caused by the following:
